Beverly brought 15 years of extensive in-house expatriate management, international reward, HRIS and project management experience to Graebel when she joined the London team in 2018. Her career has spanned senior HR, Reward & Mobility roles across multiple industries within global multinationals including Thales, Toshiba, Panasonic and most recently Liberty Mutual Insurance where she managed Global Reward Governance and other key global compensation, benefit and mobility projects.
In addition to her client development responsibilities across UK, Germany, France and Switzerland, Beverly is also a key member of the consulting team supporting the EMEA region.
Beverly has lived in both France and Germany and worked extensively with and across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Her Batchelor’s degree is in French and she also speaks German and her native English.
Graeme Kirk is a Partner and Head of Immigration at Ellisons Solicitors incorporating Gross & Co. Luc Lamy is the chair of Alliott Group's Global Mobility Services Group and has been a partner at Tax Consult in Belgium since July 2011.
Luc holds a degree in law (University of Liege) and has a specialization in accounting, audit and tax from the Vlerick School Voor Management (University of Ghent). He started his professional career in 1994 with Arthur Andersen. Before joining Tax Consult, Luc was a Tax Director at Deloitte.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the relocation industry, Simon joined Graebel as VP EMEA in 2015. Previously he headed an organisation of over 100 FTE employees at Board level, managed a multi-million pound budget and conducted acclaimed research in the field of assignment management. He is based in London and has worked on three continents in nine different cities while travelling to over 80 countries in his capacity as a relocation and management executive. This experience presents him with a unique perspective in international assignment management. She has deep international experience in the design and development of employee feedback and engagement programmes and helps HR and Executives drive business performance and goals.
Katerina specialises on the links between leader personality & behaviour with employee engagement and business performance. She works with global MNCs like Santander, Michelin, Burberry and others on evolving their engagement programmes.
Claire has more than 20 years’ experience in communications, working for major publishing platforms as a senior managing editor, writer and journalist at events, in print and the digital world. Now directing the FEM website, events and reports, Claire leads the FEM London Chapter and produces and chairs all the major conferences, summits and awards (EMMAs) in the Americas, APAC and EMEA where she is keen to engage with new members and to broaden the FEM community.
