A seasoned mobility professional with almost 20 years of experience, Ezeibe is the Head of Global Mobility and Immigration at Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company. His team’s remit includes traditional assignments, global immigration, cross-border remote working, permanent transfers, business travel compliance and some domestic mobility. Ezeibe has a legal background, having previously practiced immigration law, and has also worked in the IT consultancy and advertising industries. Based in London with his wife, two children and a little dog, Ezeibe has also lived and worked in Nigeria and the USA. When not creating a competitive advantage for his business stakeholders, Ezeibe enjoys playing the piano, singing and gaming.
