Helen has worked as an in-house Global Mobility Professional for over fifteen years she has an extensive background in mobility having worked within the telecoms, oil & gas, trading & energy industries on large and medium size programs. Currently working at Aggreko to partner with the business on global movement of employees.

Helen managed the re-designing of the Global Mobility and tax equalisation program whilst at Centrica where international experiences are at the core of the firm’s value proposition. She had overall responsibility for ensuring the internationally mobile employees are supported and that the company managed their compliance responsibilities effectively. Previous roles have also included graduate assessment programme, Performance Management & Reward Partnering.
