Louise has spent over 25 years working in Assignee Services and Global Mobility and is currently Global Head of Global Mobility for KPMG International. Louise leads a team providing governance, structure and GM strategy across the KPMG global network, and support to over 250 Global Mobility professionals, ensuring the delivery of GM services to all assigned KPMG employees and Partners. Additionally she sits on the Global People Leadership Team supporting other KPMGI Centres of Excellence. Louise has a particular interest in inclusive mobility and challenging the myths and complexities of international assignments for employees who would otherwise traditionally self-select out of assignment opportunities.
