Marco started his career as tax advisor with PWC. Later, Marco joined FrieslandCampina (a global dairy company with offices in 34 countries) as the Manager Global Mobility. He led the Global Mobility department for about 7 years and headed the transformation of this department with the establishment of a new strategy, full review of vendors and implementing new procedures and processes. In 2016 the team won the following EMMA Awards: “Best Global Mobility Team” and “Best Family Support Program”. Currently Marco is the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Action, Europe’s fastest growing retailer.
