Maxine Ansah is Kearney’s Global Director of Talent Mobility and Tax based in London.

Maxine has significant expertise and experience in transforming and managing Global Mobility programs including policy and process design, expatriate and employment tax advisory, immigration and vendor management. Prior to her current role, she worked at the BBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and KPMG. She was named one of Top 100 Global Mobility Diversity Champion in 2023.

With particular emphasis on assignment cost optimisation strategies and short-term assignment tax compliance covering over 78 countries, Maxine has been instrumental in re-designing the Global Mobility and tax program at Kearney where international experiences are at the core of the firm’s value proposition to its employees.

Maxine is a Global Ombudsperson at Kearney and a member of the International Ombuds Association.

She is passionate about empowering women and promoting racial diversity. She leads Black@Kearney Europe and is a Trustee at Dua-pa. She is also a speaker on racial diversity.

Maxine earned her MBA at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick.
