Mihai has 10 years of experience in the global mobility area as an in-house corporate mobility professional, with large and medium size programs. He has led global mobility teams delivering services for over 1,500 expatriates and is now leading the mobility program at Kellogg.

He’s an advocate for employee choice and flexibility in mobility policies. Since the consolidation of the global mobility activities in Kellogg’s Bucharest Global Business Services Center, he has been managing relocation vendors and identifying technology solutions for increased efficiencies, improving customer satisfaction and achieving greater transparency for global mobility stakeholders.
