Patrick currently serves as the Group Head of Expatriate Management at Assicurazioni Generali, an Italian-based insurance company renowned for its strong presence in Europe and emerging markets like Latin America and Asia.

His career journey began as a tax advisor at a small tax boutique, where he delved into a diverse array of topics, ranging from corporate tax and VAT. Over time, he honed his expertise and specialised in personal income taxes while working at a major Big 4 firm.

Subsequently, Patrick joined Assicurazioni Generali as the Group Head of Expatriate Management. In this role, he concentrates on crafting policies, overseeing active inbound and outbound cases related to Italy and executives on assignment worldwide. Notably, he has recently played a prominent role in designing flexible policies tailored to diverse needs, collaborating with various stakeholders including Talent and Group Tax Departments.

Patrick's academic achievements include an MSc in Fiscal Economics and an LLM in Tax Law, both earned from Tilburg University (the Netherlands).
