Pieter currently leads the HR for Bayer in UK & Ireland and is responsible for the EMEA Country HR Heads community and HR Talent Development across EMEA – both roles give him excellent experience outside of mobility and experience being a customer of mobility.

Previously Pieter has many years of experience starting in the big four focused on UK, US tax before moving to Switzerland and Germany and supporting major mobility programs with various expatriate compliance challenges. This was followed by a move inhouse with major Life Science companies contributing and leading various initiatives from enhanced compliance to developing stronger partnerships across the vendor landscape and driving best in class expatriate experiences.
