Rafaela Schleifer is the International Mobility Lead on EMEA Region for Air Products where she overseas Global Mobility, Expat Tax and Immigration programs. She also manages global relationship with Tax and Immigration vendors.

Rafaela has a legal background holding a Master Degree in Tax Law, with more than 15 years of experience in Global Mobility compliance and tax advisory. She worked as manager in Brazil and in the UK, experiencing herself an international assignment. Rafaela gained her knowledge working previously in consultancy and external auditors (PwC & EY) supporting global corporate clients across the globe..
