Rebecca Gonzaga, Managing Director, plays a pivotal role in enabling the Situ team to source and offer the very best in global accommodation, delivering both an exceptional product as well as unforgettable service.
Joining Situ as Commercial Director in October 2022, Rebecca brings over twenty years of global mobility and international HR transformation and talent management experience to the position. Rebecca has held senior roles in transformation change management, global account leadership, advisory support, and business development.
Rebecca has supported various international HR functions at the highest organisational level, leading global employee mobility transformation projects focusing on international people growth, HR policy, structure, talent agendas and governance across multiple industries and sectors. A serial global business traveller in her own right, Rebecca has used serviced accommodation for her own needs as well as engaging the product on behalf of some of the world’s largest and most well-known organisations.
Today, as Managing Director, Rebecca oversees the entire spectrum of Situ’s operations, aligning clients’ needs with overarching business objectives. Rebecca operates at both the strategic and operational levels to achieve commercial sustainability and growth, with an unwavering dedication towards serving Situ’s clients and their travelling personnel, Situ’s people and Situ’s global partners – and to deliver excellence for all.
