Having graduated with an MBA in international Human Resources, Anne-Flore Mirgalet has joined Helma (a consultancy firm specialized in international mobility) five years ago first as manager and then director of the Advisory department.

Over the last 20 years, she worked in various HR fields such as recruitment or C&B and she also occupied the role of head of international mobility within French companies.

She is the manager of a team of consultants specialized in taxation, social security, or international remuneration, offering a wide range of services in the field of international mobility management.
