Monique is a Senior Associate at Vialto’s Workforce Transformation and Mobility Managed Services teams in EMEA, helping clients to reimagine their mobility programmes and managing their mobile workforce. Before Vialto, Monique spent most of her career working in the academic industry, having worked as a global mobility researcher funded by the European Union, and being a lecturer and conference speaker on a variety of mobility topics. She recently finished her PhD in Leadership and Management at the Cranfield University, UK, where she researched expatriates’ international experiences in challenging environments. Having also relocated internationally multiple times, she is passionate about helping clients deliver the best mobility experiences to their employees.
