Emma is part of the Global Mobility Solutions Team and responsible for initiatives that improve assignee experience; from developing a mobility listening strategy, to adopting a human-centered design approach building assignee feedback into new solutions and to enhancing support for our diverse assignee population and their loved ones. Emma has extensive knowledge and experience of international mobility policies, processes and systems developed over a 19 year career within Mobility at EY in both Germany and the UK.
