Mark began his career as an expat tax advisor for international clients with PWC, and later became an in-house global mobility manager for Deloitte in the Netherlands. Mark moved internationally 4 times; he worked for three years in Durban, South Africa as Global Mobility Lead for Unilever, Mark joined Arup in London as Head of Global Mobility. In 2018 Mark moved to Amsterdam where he worked as Head of Mobility with Booking.com and Head of Talent Mobility with Uber. In 2022 Mark moved to Barcelona as Head of Global Mobility for Getir. Mark is a registered Global Mobility Strategic Talent specialist (GMS-T ) with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and a regular speaker at global mobility industry conferences.
