Mark is part of the Global Mobility leadership for Cognizant, a global professional services company that is transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era. From his time with the Big 4 and subsequent in-house roles, he has a wide range of experiences covering expatriate taxes and global mobility strategy, policies and processes. Mark’s team has responsibility for enabling the deployment of colleagues on international assignments & cross-border business travel for delivering services to clients, so a key challenge is to identify and implement solutions that enable the business while also managing risk and compliance obligations.
