The direct point of contact for each relocating employee, Charlotte provides personalized guidance based on their individual needs, circumstances, and move type. She is both a guide and advocate for each mobile employee, navigating them through any relocation-related issues, and coordinating with providers on their behalf.

With over a decade of mobility and assignment management experience, Charlotte is an integral part of the Weichert team, working both on-site with clients and within the Weichert office. Charlotte drives to immerse herself in the nuances of each client’s culture, which helps her respond proactively and appropriately to the needs of her assignees.

Prior to joining Weichert, Charlotte worked as an Expatriate Relocation Assistant Consultant in the International Assignment Department for Ernst & Young. She was responsible for providing a range of first-class assignment services for multinational companies based across Europe and the world. Her duties included calculating assignment allowances, destination location logistics, managing deductions and benefits in accordance with policy, coordinating payroll, tax and immigration, and liaising with third-party providers. Before that, Charlotte served as a Corporate Services Coordinator for Goldman Sachs, managing a portfolio of 85 corporate apartments throughout New York City.

Charlotte holds a BA in Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield and has earned a Certificate of International Business from the University of Cambridge and participated in the Mountbatten Internship Programme in New York.
