Claire is a Partner and EMEA Business Travel and Remote Work Leader and sits on Vialto Partners’ Global Technology board where she leads the immigration technology strategy. She is also on the Vialto Global immigration Board. She has over 16 years of experience in corporate immigration law. Her expertise includes a wide range of global immigration and business traveller issues across Africa, the Americas, and Europe.

Claire manages global immigration programmes and has worked in the UK and South Africa. She is a specialist in short-term business visitor regulations and has also in-depth experience in advising on remote work legislation as well as guiding businesses on their overall business visitor policy and governance to enable global compliance.

Claire has been instrumental in the design and development of Vialto’s online pre-travel assessment remote work and business travel tool and has extensive experience in embedding this within businesses' existing travel procedures and policies.
