Clare is a partner with over 20 years of experience. She leads Vialto’s Workforce Transformation and Managed Services practice in EMEA. Clare has worked with many of the world’s leading companies, helping them design or reimagine the strategy, purpose, and desired experience of mobility in their organisation, and create the right mobility policies and operating model to deliver on those goals. Her work includes projects to develop an attractive, engaging mobility brand and improve the mobility user experience for all. For some clients, Clare’s team also takes on some (or all) of their mobility operations work, so that the client can focus on elevating the role of mobility within the business and as part of their broader EVP.
