As Employee Mobility Services leader for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia (EMEAR) and Asia Pacific, India, Japan and China (APJC), Helen is responsible for leading a team of Mobility Specialists who deliver Cisco's relocation program. She partners with the business and HR/Talent Acquisition to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned for talent movement inbound and within region and provides subject matter expertise on immigration, tax and relocation benefits and process. She manages escalations and partners on strategic reviews with global leads and peers to manage policy, process and vendor engagement. With nearly three decades of industry experience, Helen is a seasoned professional with keen perspective and insight into all aspects of relocation.
