Martin currently leads the global social security practice of Vialto Partners and is based in London. He has advised on international issues for over 20 years and specializes at managing a number of our key global engagements. His work involves advising on a number of issues including global tax, immigration, social security planning, pensions, tax dispute resolution, cross border stock options, deferred compensation and restricted stock awards.

He has previously undertaken secondments to Legal where he had a global operational role, helping to set up our immigration network as well as to the CBI (Confederation of British Industry).

Martin is qualified with the Association of Taxation Technicians and since Covid-19, has focused on helping employees understand and benefit from the transition to a remote/hybrid working model.
