Payal Khakhria is the Global Mobility Business Partner for Tesco and has been part of the team for 3 years. Payal is responsible for the management of Mobility Specialists and provides guidance and coaching to enhance capability to facilitate international relocations and assignments. As well as collaborating with external vendors to streamline processes and reduce costs, Payal also manages and oversees internal projects and process improvements to increase efficiency within the Global Mobility team. As part of the role it’s important to maintain up-to-date knowledge of global immigration laws and compliance matters such as PWD.
