As Regional Vice President Shân is tasked with strengthening existing client relationships, building on our reputation for providing Legendary Service and trusted partnerships within their region. With a focus on delivering innovative, strategic support backed by collaborative teams, they are champions for client engagement. The RVP oversees the teams executing the core services for our clients across the region, including day-to-day relocation management, service delivery, issue resolution, and payment administration.

Shân brings over three decades of experience in global mobility, having lived and worked in the UK, Belgium, Hong Kong and the US. Prior to joining Weichert, Shân spent 17 years with Crown World Mobility where, in her final role as Vice President of Client Services, she oversaw strategically important global clients and helped guide their programmes to success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from London Metropolitan University. She has also earned the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from Worldwide ERC and has been a speaker at ERC and at SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association) conferences. She has been awarded the FEM Highly Commended for Global Mobility Professional of the Year.
