Yvette is currently driving the Global Mobility & Immigration space for Europe at Thoughtworks, a leading global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design and software engineering to enable enterprises and technology disruptors across the globe to thrive as modern digital businesses.

As partner for the CoE of the Global team currently going through a big general restructure of the whole Operations at Thoughtworks we are in the process of setting up new business processes, understanding future business needs and how to adjust our GloMo strategy to this. Focus is on setting up our Operations, Taxes and Immigration specific teams and creating more efficient and effective ways of working with our new stakeholders.

Originally from the Netherlands but living in Spain for almost 20 years, Yvette has more than 15 years of experience in the mobility & business travel space, starting her career as business travel consultant at BCD travel, moving on to logistics and mobility, and finally as Global Mobility & Immigration manager at Thoughtworks since Jan. 2019.
