As Vice President, Client Relations services Ava is a senior relationship manager for key client engagements, providing strategic guidance to support clients in exceeding their program operational goals. She maintains stringent oversight of the successful delivery of services to contracted SLAs and the cost/value of these services, continually optimizing the effective utilization of resources. She aims to cultivate long-term successful client relationships across their region to drive high account retention (and, above all, happy clients).

With over twelve years of experience, Ava has deep knowledge of the global mobility industry and has held a variety of roles across diverse client engagements. In her former Client Service and Account Management capacity, she invested time in understanding and supporting her clients’ strategy while monitoring evolving business priorities to provide proactive recommendations and influence holistic improvement across her client portfolio. In her current role, she works closely with clients to drive efficiencies and offer innovative solutions to support their strategic talent mobility objectives.
