Ms Ruch is regarded in Switzerland as a leading expert in advising internationally active companies on cross-border employment and global mobility, with more than 20 years of experience in the field. After working in tax consulting in Germany, she specialised in Switzerland from 1996 onwards, supporting companies and executives in tax, social security, immigration (work and residence permits, business visas), payroll and compensation matters, as well as in structuring assignments and drafting global mobility policies. She authored Switzerland’s only practical handbook on international assignments (2002) and was for over ten years editor of the leading Swiss reference work on immigration law.
