Dr Johan de Kam is a fellow with the Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS) at the University of Warwick, UK. Johan’s research interests focus on organisational learning, networks and sustainability in relation to the ways in which Global Mobility is structured and utilised. His professional interests are in bringing together industry leaders to take critical, reflective and collaborative approaches to GM and Sustainability.

Johan is also Assistant Professor at the Aston Business School.
