Natalie Thompson is a Director with over 14 years of experience. She leads Vialto’s Workforce Transformation team in the UK. Natalie started her career in industry working for a FTSE 100 FMCG company and for the last 10 years has supported many mobility transformation projects across a diverse range of clients - from start-ups to large multinationals. Projects focus on designing or reimagining the strategy and purpose of mobility, creating the right operating model and policies to support the desired experience and maximising the overall value of mobility for her clients, so they deliver the best outcomes for their people and businesses.
