As Managing Director of the Group’s International Mobility function, she also led the Immigration and Tax Center of Excellence, overseeing risk management for mobility programs.

In 2018, Nathalie decided to join Helma International as Partner and Head of the Advisory Department, leveraging her experience to advise companies on innovative strategies and optimized approaches to international mobility management.
