Batoul Ashour leads Amazon's global business visa and immigration programme, owning business travel compliance for a workforce spanning every major region.

She has spent over four years at Amazon across escalations, global escalations strategy and customer insight, giving her a rare view of where mobility programmes break down for the traveller and how to fix them at scale. Before moving in-house, Batoul held immigration roles at Hudson McKenzie, Dentons, KPMG and Fragomen.

Batoul holds an LL.B. from City, University of London and is an AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
