Andrii is an established professional with over 10 years of experience in expat management and global mobility. Based in London, he currently leads Global Mobility and Cross-Border Working programs at Luxoft.

Throughout his career, Andrii has developed and implemented global mobility policies, optimized expatriate compensation, and created efficient operational processes across multiple regions. Andrii has successfully managed relocations to over 28 countries from more than 80 source locations, handling over 6,000 international relocation cases since 2014.
