David’s extensive Global Mobility experience covers roles across GM tax services, international relocation services, GM consulting and corporate global GM program management.

David currently serves as Global Mobility Director at Otis - the world’s leading company for elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service, with products and services in more than 200 countries. In his current role David is a trusted thought partner to the business, HR and Reward functions, providing GM solutions and advice for individual and group cross-border moves, and is also responsible for co-creating the direction and purpose of the future GM function to evolve beyond a tactical function to be recognised as a strategic talent mobility business partner.

With significant personal experience as an international assignee and transferee, David’s international experience includes time working in the UK, Japan, India and Australia.
