Drs. Ing, Ernst L. Steltenpöhl MMo is Founder and Chair of Platforms Multinationals UK, NL BeLux) bringing together Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits professionals from more than 80 multinational organisations. He has more than four decades of experience in international HR, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility, including as Global Manager Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility at Sara Lee. He has designed and taught programmes in Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation and International Mobility, including at academic level. Through the Platforms, he works closely with multinational organisations and specialists on the practical challenges created by changing patterns of international work. His current work focuses particularly on the impact of AI and organisational design on Global Work, professional judgement and governance. This work also forms the basis of his recently published Global Work Trilogy — The Governance of Global Work in the Age of AI, Octopus Organising and Flowcraft.
