Having lived and worked in six countries, Fisla brings over 15 years of experience in global mobility across multiple industries. She combines deep expertise in international assignments, immigration, relocation, and workforce mobility with a strong understanding of the employee experience.

Fisla holds an MSc in Development Management and began her career in the humanitarian sector, working on programmes supporting refugees, internally displaced persons, and post-conflict recovery. Her unique background enables her to bring both strategic insight and a people-centered perspective to global workforce challenges.
