Lee Edwards has served as Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Lead at VFS Global since 2024. VFS Global is the world’s leading outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions, providing administrative and non-judgmental support for visa and consular services, enabling government authorities to focus on decision-making and assessment activities. Prior to joining VFS Global, Lee built a distinguished 20-year career with the UK Home Office and UK Visas & Immigration. During this time, Lee spent 15 years working in visa operations across British diplomatic missions overseas, developing extensive expertise in visa services, international stakeholder engagement, and global government operations.
