Olga is Senior Director and Head of Global Talent Mobility at EPAM Systems, a global leader in AI transformation engineering and integrated consulting.

With more than 15 years of leadership in Global Mobility, Olga built EPAM’s mobility function from the ground up and today leads a global organization supporting talent movement across more than 50 destinations. Her experience spans immigration, relocation, international assignments, remote work compliance and cross-border talent deployment.

Throughout her career, Olga has focused on transforming mobility from a transactional service into a strategic business capability, connecting talent deployment with workforce needs, compliance, employee experience and business performance. She has led large-scale mobility transformation, operating model redesign, digitalization and cost optimization across a highly distributed global workforce.
