As Head of Global Mobility at JLR, she leads a diverse function covering global business travel, expenses, compliance, domestic and international relocations, and expatriate programmes. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with business leaders to ensure Global Mobility supports talent and people strategies from the outset. Known for delivering operational excellence, enhancing employee experience, and acting as a strategic business partner, Roberta also contributes to government consultations, helping policymakers understand the practical impact of proposed legislative changes.
