Sarah has over 20 years’ experience as a global mobility professional, successfully managing relationships with mobility, procurement, human resources, operations and finance teams, as well as with assignees.

Sarah’s early career included Global Account Management roles for clients in the finance, pharmaceutical and professional services sectors while with a relocation management company in France, Switzerland and the UK.

Several years’ experience as a specialist head-hunter for roles in provider and in-house global mobility teams across the globe helped her establish a strong understanding of the importance of having the right team in place at the right time to support employees.

Since joining AZ in 2020, Sarah has collaborated on wide-ranging projects including the impact of Brexit; responding to challenges of Covid-19; automating vendor integrations; the RFP and onboarding of a global relocation provider; as acting as Authorising Officer in the UK and doubling the global operational team supporting operations of relocation-related benefits.

With an MA Cantab in French and Russian, working in global mobility has matched Sarah’s personal desire to work in an international environment and to apply her language and intercultural communication skills.
