Zuzana is Senior Global Mobility Manager at Siemens Healthineers, where she works on the development and governance of global mobility programmes supporting an increasingly complex and international workforce.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning Big Four advisory and multinational organisations, Zuzana has worked across a broad range of global mobility topics, including international assignments and transfers, business travel, international remote work, immigration, international tax and social security, labour law and Posted Worker compliance.

Her work has increasingly focused on mobility transformation: building governance frameworks, developing new cross-border work models, improving compliance processes, working with technology and data, and bringing together HR, Tax, Legal, Payroll and external providers to create solutions that work in practice.

She advises senior stakeholders on complex cross-border workforce matters and has a particular interest in how the mobility function is evolving from traditional assignment management towards broader global workforce governance.

Zuzana is based in Munich and is delighted to be part of the FEM EMMAs judging panel, contributing her perspective while also learning from the innovation and achievements taking place across the global mobility community
