Batoul Ashour leads Amazon's global business travel immigration programme for a workforce spanning every major region. She has spent over four years at Amazon across escalations, global escalation strategy and customer insight, giving her a rare view of where mobility programmes break down and how to fix them at scale. She now drives the programme's vendor ecosystem, technology roadmap and new models for streamlining how Amazon approaches business travel compliance. Before moving in-house, Batoul held immigration roles at Fragomen, KPMG and Dentons. She holds an LL.B. from City, University of London and is an AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
