John Rason has led Santa Fe's Consulting Services for over a decade, focusing on enhancing global mobility programs through strategic policy design and cost optimization and team structures. He has held senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Consulting and Business Development, including two international assignments in the Middle East and the Baltics.

Santa Fe's thought leadership has been recognised with multiple awards from FEM globally and John has two personal industry awards from FEM EMEA and Relocate Global. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a MA in Human Resources from Kingston University.
