Ian is a Partner with Vialto in London and a recent winner of FEM's Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility award for EMEA. Ian spent ten years in government, where he led on economic migration policy for the UK, among other policies.

He is known in the industry for his sharp insights on immigration law and his dealings with governments and international organisations around the world. He is on the board of several excellent organisations including Talent Beyond Boundaries.
