Pieter is the Global HR Business Partner for the Procurement Function at Bayer, and is also responsible for the EMEA Country HR Heads community and HR Talent Development across EMEA, both roles give him excellent experience outside of mobility and experience being a customer of mobility, responsible for a number of mobile talents.
Previously Pieter has many years of experience starting in the big four focused on UK, US tax before moving to Switzerland and Germany and supporting major mobility programs with various expatriate compliance challenges. Helen has over 20 years of public affairs experience spent in the UK, Brussels and The Hague, representing organisations’ interests at government level.
Gill Gordon is Chair of The Permits Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit organisation campaigning globally to improve work permit regulations to make it easier for partners of mobile employees to gain employment during an international assignment.

Dr. Vicky Haji-Ghassemi is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader at Regents University London, teaching within HR, Management and Organisations. Dr. Haji-Ghassemi completed an MSc in International Business Management, conducting a comparative study of the pre-departure cross-cultural training of British and Japanese expatriates. For her PhD, she explored the extent to which expatriates, face-to-face interaction and physical mobility can be replaced by a ‘mixed-economy’ of ‘flexpatriates’ and communication technologies in SMEs.

Marco started his career as tax advisor with PWC. Later, Marco joined FrieslandCampina (a global dairy company with offices in 34 countries) as the Manager Global Mobility. Beginning his international career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen, Nicolai has an international tax and social security background. He continued his career at Deloitte where he was responsible for change management projects and process optimization. Before Novo Nordisk, Nicolai was Head of Global Mobility in Ramboll 2013-2020.
