Aideen Hopkins is the co-owner and Operations Director of EER Middle East, one of the region’s leading relocation, immigration and corporate services companies. Under the transformational leadership and visionary guidance of Aideen, EER Middle East has grown in a myriad of ways, including making new acquisitions and launching their relocation and immigration services in Saudi Arabia. As well as spearheading the company’s strategic operations,

Aideen is also responsible for overseeing the management of the Saudi Arabia office, spending much of her time on the ground in Riyadh coordinating with our local team and cultivating relationships across the Saudi market. She has consistently demonstrated her skills in future planning by implementing key changes within the organisation that have dramatically improved its functionality and growth, allowing for such important milestones as the Saudi expansion.

Aideen has also recently become a Certified Board Director from the GCC Board Directors Institute. Aideen Hopkins is an expert on operational compliance and solutions-based strategic change and she is also generous with her insights, often participating in industry events and collaborating with new and existing partners to share her expert knowledge in global mobility, effective communications and the nuances of successful strategic implementation.
