Gavin has worked in the field of global mobility taxation for almost 20 years and worked for big four firms prior to joining RSM in 2019. Gavin works with a wide range of organisations with globally mobile workforces encompassing organisations with an established global mobility programme to those embarking on global mobility for the first time.

Gavin works with organisations across a number of sectors from manufacturing, automotive, engineering and the tech sector. Gavin leads RSM’s tech sector team in the South West of England and relishes working with growing and established businesses in the tech sector.

Gavin is passionate about working with people and has a particular interest in diversity and inclusion and its importance for all businesses. Gavin has been a panel member at public events to share his knowledge and personal experiences in this area.
