As Director, Customer Experience, Harshad leads and directs service teams to drive great customer and client outcomes. He executes a client service vision that aligns with your goals for service, process, and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with various department heads and their teams, he ensures operational efficiency, quality, and data governance across all service offerings.
Joining Weichert in 2000, Harshad brings over 30 years of corporate mobility and international assignment experience to his role. His areas of expertise include inventory management, home search, employee counseling, rental/lease negotiations, settling-in, tenancy management, and move management.
For over three years, he served as an expatriate advisor/international assignment analyst on-site at the offices of Kraft Foods EU, overseeing all UK relocation activity and vendor alliance management. His experiences on-site gave him a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by the client’s HR/international assignment team, as well as the client-vendor relationship, and how third-party vendors can work more effectively to ensure a successful mobility program. His work in assisting a group move from UK to Switzerland earned him Kraft Foods’ coveted ABC (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty) Award.
Harshad holds a degree in management system science from City University, London. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
