Ilana serves as Passportcard Group Chief Legal Counsel and a member of Board of Management. She is in charge of leading of all the legal support required for the Group global affairs and the relationships with the Group partners. Ilana has extensive business-oriented experience in the fields of insurance, institutional investing, long-term savings, transactional asset management investment activities, M&A, capital markets, financial regulation, and corporate governance.

Prior to PassportCard, Ilana served as the General Legal Counsel, Deputy CEO and Member of the Board of Management of Migdal Insurance and Finance Holdings Ltd., one of the largest insurance companies in Israel. There, she established and led the legal team, advised the Board of Directors and Investments Committee and engaged in intensive negotiations of asset management acquisitions and investments in a variety of asset classes in the Israeli, U.S., and European markets.

Prior to Migdal, Ilana practiced law, both in Israel and USA. Ilana holds a LLM from Harvard Law School, is admitted to the Israeli and New York Bar, and has received various academic distinctions. In 2019 Ilana was named a “General Counsel Influencer” by Chambers & Partners.
