Kathryn is the Head of Mobility at FIS with overall accountability for international/domestic mobility, remote workers, business travel compliance and global immigration.

Kathryn is also the Change Management lead for a broader HR transformation project. Kathryn has been in the global mobility industry for over 17 years and has worked in HR mobility, mobility transformation consulting and business development roles, in the UK, China and Australia.
