The Director, Customer Experience provides leadership and direction to service functions that directly impact customer and client outcomes. Combining knowledge of the client’s unique nuances, the director will lead the customer experience team with service, process, and continuous improvement. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams, they are responsible for service delivery and ensuring continuous operational eficiency, quality, and data governance so your program runs seamlessly.

Katy’s 13 years of experience as a Relocation Manager enables her to listen to client needs to proactively suggest cost savings and policy improvements to enhance the employee experience. She leverages in-depth knowledge of country-speci c policy requirements to deliver targeted regional insight.

Through supporting a wide variety of global clients over these years, she recommends best practices for policy allowances, scope of beneits and current market trends. Katy began her career in Mobility in 2010 after 10 years in the Travel and Tourism industry within the UK, Africa, and Asia. She is well-traveled, giving her valuable insight into the cultures and challenges of moving to a new country. Her travels have taken her across America, Canada, Europe, Guinea, Egypt, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.

Katy’s skills, experiences, and ease in forging trusted relationships have helped her build a strong reputation both within Weichert and with the clients that she has assisted.
