Kirsten Meyerhoff is an accomplished Global Compensation & Benefits Leader with over two decades of experience in various Human Resources roles. She holds an MBA from GISMA Hanover and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Kirsten brings a wealth of knowledge in HR processes and strategic business management.

During her 20 years tenure at Siemens, Siemens Gamesa and Siemens Energy, she successfully developed and managed the Global Compensation & Benefits Function and the Global Mobility Center of Excellence. Kirsten is known for her strategic acumen and effective leadership, excelling in process optimization, organizational structuring, and digitization initiatives. One of the main achievements is the digital transformation of the Global mobility delivery. Together with Vialto and Benivo more than 8,000 short term assignees and more than 18,000 business traveler are managed within the Benivo platform.
